Hassle free returns

If you do not really love your recent purchase, by all means send it back! If you need to return an item, please initiate your return request here with your order number and email address. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns must be received within 30 days from the day you got your package. 

Note: International and Canadian customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. After we get your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to return

For your convenience, we offer an easy tracked return service. To initiate a return request, please visit our Returns Center and follow the steps. You will need your Order Number stated on your order confirmation and the email address used to place your order.

  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • A $10 fee to cover the returns costs will be deducted from the refund amount if you select refund to original payment method.
  • The $10 returns fee will be waived for all exchange and refund to store credit requests.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

US customers will receive a USPS or UPS return label once we approve their returns. Please drop off your returns at your nearest USPS or UPS location as soon as you receive your return label.

International and Canadian customers are prompted to select their own courier of choice.

Once you initiate your return in our returns center, we will notify you of all the steps in the returns process via email. 

After we get your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank statement.

How to exchange

For your convenience, we offer an easy tracked return service. To initiate an exchange request, please visit our Returns Center and follow the steps. You will need your Order Number stated on your order confirmation and the email address used to place your order.

On the second step of the return process, please select "Replace with the same item" and select your desired size and color for the replacement. we will send you a replacement once we receive your return. The $10 return postage fee will be waived for all exchanges.

Free return when refund to store credit

If you would like us to waive the $10 return postage fee, please add a note for us while requesting you return at our Returns Center. We will issue a store credit for you for the full amount.

Refund to original payment method

If you would like us to refund you to your original payment method, we would deduct $10 from the refund amount to cover the returns processing and postage fees.

Restriction

If you initiate a return request on the same style twice, your second return request will be qualified for a store credit.
